Directions for Use

  • Open the brace and slide your hand into it. Ensure your thumb passes through the thumb hole.
  • Place the insert on the outer side of your wrist joint.
  • Pull the brace upward and secure it in place, then adjust the fit using the additional strap around your wrist.
  • Secure the brace by fastening the strap. Make sure it's snug but not too tight to restrict circulation.
