Nutriwalk Tablet 10's is a nutritional supplement used to strengthen bones, promote bone growth, enhance wound repair and healing and provide lubrication to the joints. Nutriwalk Tablet 10's is also used to treat various bone disorders such as osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is a condition in which the joints are affected as a result of the disintegration and breakdown of the cushioning tissue surrounding the joints.

Nutriwalk Tablet 10's contains Collagen. Collagen is a natural component of skin and bone cartilage. Nutriwalk Tablet 10's strengthens bones, muscles and joints by helping produce bone cartilage and providing lubrication to joints and bones. It also helps enhance the production of bone and muscle cells and aids in strengthening the natural musculoskeletal system of the body. 

Take Nutriwalk Tablet 10's as suggested. Nutriwalk Tablet 10's does not generally cause any side effects. In very rare cases, Nutriwalk Tablet 10's may cause side effects such as stomach ache, nausea, diarrhoea, and constipation.   • Load up on oily fish, egg yolks, spinach, broccoli, salmon and orange juice for enhancing bone strength.
  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
  • Doing weight-bearing exercises such as brisk walking, jogging, tennis, or even dance can promote overall bone health. However, do not over-exert yourself if you feel too tired or suffer from severely brittle bones. 
  • Muscle training activities such as yoga and Pilates can also be very helpful.
  • Spend time under the sun (however, with proper sunscreen) for quality intake of Vitamin D.
  • Limit alcohol and caffeine consumption and stop smoking, as these may have a negative effect on bone health. Smokers tend o have lower bone density than non-smokers.
