Besides this, it also reduces pain and swelling in muscles and joints in the conditions of joint disorders like osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Arthritis is a condition that causes swelling of one or more joints resulting in pain and stiffness of joints that worsen over time.
ACECLOFENAC+CAPSAICIN+MENTHOL+METHYL SALICYLATE is a combination of four drugs: Aceclofenac, Capsaicin, Methyl salicylate, and Menthol. Aceclofenac and Methyl salicylate are pain killers which work by blocking the effect of a chemical messenger known as cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes that make another chemical prostaglandin (PG). By blocking the COX enzyme's effect, lesser PGs are produced, which reduces mild to moderate pain and inflammation at the injured or damaged site. Capsaicin is a natural extract of chilli pepper that works by blocking the pain messengers to the nerves. Menthol is a soothing and cooling agent which provides a cooling sensation by dilating the blood vessels, followed by an analgesic effect. It also enhances the penetration of drugs.

- Maintain healthy body weight as obesity may also cause joint pains. Please do not go for heavy exercise as it may increase your joint pain in arthritis. Instead, you can do stretching, low impact aerobic exercise like walking on a treadmill, bike riding, and swimming. You can also strengthen your muscle strength by lifting light weights.
- Include more glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, Vitamin D, calcium-enriched supplements. Besides this, turmeric and fish oils can help in reducing inflammation in the tissue.
