Guaifenesin belongs to the class of expectorants that works by loosening the congestion in the chest and throat, making it easier to cough out through the mouth. Thus, CHLORPHENIRAMINE+DEXTROMETHORPHAN+GUAIFENESIN helps to relieve overall cough, cold and allergic symptoms. 

Take CHLORPHENIRAMINE+DEXTROMETHORPHAN+GUAIFENESIN as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take CHLORPHENIRAMINE+DEXTROMETHORPHAN+GUAIFENESIN for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you depending on your medical conditions. You may experience nausea, stomach upset, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach pain, headache, dizziness, rash, sleepiness.
