FLUTICASONE PROPIONATE+SALMETEROL combines two drugs: Salmeterol (bronchodilator) and Fluticasone propionate (corticosteroid). Fluticasone propionate belongs to the class of corticosteroids that works by acting on the nasal lining's inner cells and stopping releasing certain chemicals in the body that cause inflammatory reactions.
