Eat a healthy diet, especially green leafy vegetables, and strictly do not consume alcohol and caffeine (coffee, tea, cola drinks, and chocolate). Caffeine is a stimulant and can decrease OZAGREL's calming effects, and alcohol can enhance OZAGREL's effects.
