PARACETAMOL+PAMABROM+DICYCLOMINE contains Paracetamol, Pamabrom and Dicyclomine. Paracetamol work by blocking the effect of chemical messengers that cause pain. Pamabrom removes excess water from the body by increasing urine production. Dicyclomine works by relieving contractions associated with the smooth muscles of the abdomen. Together, PARACETAMOL+PAMABROM+DICYCLOMINE helps in providing relief from abdominal spasms.
