Disease/Condition Glossary
Nasal congestion: It is commonly known as a blocked nose or stuffy nose. It occurs when the nasal passages become inflamed or swollen, often due to a cold, sinus infection, or allergies. This swelling can restrict airflow, making it difficult to breathe through the nose and causing a feeling of fullness or pressure in the face. It may also lead to a runny nose, sneezing, and general discomfort.
