Monozide 4mg Tablet is used to treat schizophrenia and Tourette syndrome. It contains Pimozide which works by inhibiting the receptor (dopamine) in the brain that regulates mood, behaviour and emotions. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as drowsiness, excessive sweating, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, weight gain, and blurred vision. Side effects of Monozide 4mg Tablet

Drowsiness

Get enough sleep. Maintain a regular sleep cycle.
Eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly.
Manage stress with yoga or meditation.
Limit alcohol and caffeine.

Sedation

Avoid driving or operating machinery or activities that require high focus until you know how the medication affects you.

Constipation
