Directions for Use

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the pad.
  2. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper.
  3. Peel off the adhesive strip from the back of the pad.
  4. Place the pad on the centre of your underwear with the wider end at the back.
  5. Press firmly to secure the pad in position.
  6. Peel off the wing strips and fold them around the sides of the underwear.
  7. After use, wrap the pad in paper or the wrapper and dispose of it in a bin.
