Coligyl Dry Syrup is used in the treatment of bacterial infections in the stomach, bowel, and intestines of children. It contains Colistin Sulphate, which works by damaging bacterial cell membranes that are essential for their survival. Thus, it kills bacteria and helps to treat bacterial infections.
