Side effects of Fruselac Tablet
  • Consume controlled amounts of salt to raise sodium levels.
  • Eat fresh fruits like apples, berries, oranges, mangoes, and bananas.
  • Include fresh vegetables like broccoli, sweet potatoes, beets, okra, spinach, peppers, carrots, and edamame.
  • Choose frozen vegetables without added butter or sauce.
  • Drink electrolyte beverages like sports drinks or electrolyte solutions to replenish sodium and other electrolytes.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Fruselac Tablet may interact with other high blood pressure-lowering pills (metoprolol, ramipril, hydrochlorothiazide, atorvastatin), and it can lower your blood pressure, leading to a severe condition. Besides this, it also interacts with medicine to treat erectile dysfunction (sildenafil), anti-epilepsy medicines (carbamazepine, phenobarbital), immune-suppressing drugs (cyclosporine), and painkillers (ibuprofen, aspirin) etc.

Drug-Food Interactions: You are recommended not to consume alcohol along with Fruselac Tablet to avoid unpleasant side effects.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Fruselac Tablet should not be given to the people with cardiogenic shock (when the heart fails to pump required blood to the body), heart valve problem (stenosis), low blood pressure (hypotension), coronary heart disease, liver disease, or heart failure, low serum potassium (hypokalemia), and patients with nil urine output (anuria).

Taking spironolactone with pazopanib may significantly increase the blood levels of pazopanib. This could increase the risk of severe adverse effects.

How to manage the interaction:
Although taking spironolactone and pazopanib together can result in an interaction, it can be taken if a doctor has prescribed it. However, consult the doctor immediately if you experience fever, chills, joint pain or swelling, unusual bleeding or bruising, skin rash, itching, loss of hunger, weakness, nausea, vomiting, dark colored urine, and/or yellowing of the skin or eyes, chest pain, pain in your arms, back, neck, or jaw, slurred speech or difficulty speaking, shortness of breath.
