I have frequent ear pain and was told I have less earwax. What could be the reason, and how can I treat it?

Frequent ear pain with less earwax can be due to dryness, irritation, infection, or even referred pain from the throat or jaw. Keep your ear dry, avoid inserting anything inside, protect it from cold air, and you may use a warm compress around the ear for comfort.
