Prescription Medicine

Lotebra Eye Drops 5 ml is used to treat and prevent bacterial eye infections. It is effectively used to treat eye inflammation caused by allergies, shingles, severe acne, iritis (inflammation of the coloured part of the eye (iris)), uveitis (inflammation of the middle layer of the eye (uvea)), eye injury, radiation, and chemical burns. It contains Tobramycin and Loteprednol, which inhibit bacterial growth and also block the production of prostaglandins (chemical messengers) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy. It may cause common side effects, such as blurred vision, a burning or stinging sensation in the eye, and eye discomfort. Before using this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
