  • Sterilise your Carmesi Menstrual Cup before first use and at the start of each menstrual cycle by boiling it in water for 5-7 minutes.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly with a mild soap.
  • Fold the menstrual cup in a C-fold or punch-down fold.
  • Relax and gently insert the folded cup into your vagina, angling it towards your tailbone.
  • Let the cup open and ensure that it has formed a seal by rotating it slightly.
  • To remove, gently pull on the stem until you can reach the base of the cup. Pinch the base to release the seal and gently extract it.
