Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the formula. Sterilise bottles and other utensils. Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and cool it down to around 40 degrees Celsius. Pour the required amount of water into the sterilized bottle. Add the recommended number of scoops of Lactodex No. 3 Follow-up Formula powder (as directed on the product packaging). Shake the bottle vigorously until the powder has dissolved. Test the temperature of the prepared formula on the inside of your wrist before feeding it to your baby. It should be lukewarm, not hot. Discard any prepared formula remaining after one hour of feeding.
