EPSOLIN 100MG TABLET is in a class of medications called anticonvulsants works by decreasing abnormal electrical activity in the brain.
Pregnancy: should not be used during pregnancy unless the benefit outweighs the risk to the fetus. Consult your doctor before use. Alcohol: Avoid drinking alcohol. Driving: may cause dizziness, drowsiness and impair your activities. You should not drive or use machines until you know how this medicine will affect you. . You should not use this medicine if you are allergic to it. . Do not use if you have: - an allergy to similar medicines such as ethotoin, fosphenytoin, or mephenytoin - if you currently take delavirdine (Rescriptor) . Tell your doctor if you have or ever had: - heart problems - diabetes - depression - suicidal thoughts or actions - a vitamin D deficiency or any other condition that causes thinning of the bones - porphyria (a genetic enzyme disorder that causes symptoms affecting the skin or nervous system)
Keep your tablets in a cool dry place where the temperature stays below 25°C.
