10 D Infusion is used for fluid replacement and dehydration. Also, it may be used to treat very low blood sugar in diabetic patients. It contains Dextrose which acts as a source of water and calories and increases blood sugar levels. In some cases, it may cause side effects such as tenderness or pain at the injection site and flushing.
