Drug-Drug Interactions

Inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines, as they may interact with Adgril Tablet :

• Blood Thinners and Anticoagulants: Medicines such as warfarin, apixaban, rivaroxaban, or heparin may increase the risk of bleeding when taken with Adgril Tablet .
• NSAIDs and Pain Relievers: Medicines such as ibuprofen, naproxen, or diclofenac may increase the risk of stomach irritation, ulcers, and bleeding.
• Certain Proton Pump Inhibitors: Medicines such as omeprazole and esomeprazole may reduce the effectiveness of Adgril Tablet by interfering with its activation in the liver.
• Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs): Antidepressants such as fluoxetine, sertraline, and paroxetine may increase the risk of bleeding when used together with Adgril Tablet .
• Aspirin: Aspirin may increase the risk of bleeding when combined with Adgril Tablet . However, some patients may be intentionally prescribed both medicines together under medical supervision.

Drug-Food Interactions

The following foods and beverages may interact with Adgril Tablet and affect its safety or effectiveness:

• Alcohol: Excessive alcohol consumption may increase the risk of stomach irritation and bleeding while taking Adgril Tablet .
• Grapefruit Products: The effect of grapefruit or grapefruit juice on Adgril Tablet is not fully established. Consult your doctor before making significant dietary changes involving grapefruit products while taking this medicine.

Drug-Disease Interactions

Inform your doctor if you have a history of the following conditions before taking Adgril Tablet , as it may worsen your condition or require additional monitoring:

• Active Bleeding Disorders: Adgril Tablet should not be used in patients with active bleeding, such as a bleeding stomach ulcer or bleeding inside the brain, as it may lead to serious or life-threatening bleeding.
• Severe Liver Disease: Liver impairment may affect how Adgril Tablet is converted into its active form and may increase the risk of bleeding complications.
• History of Stomach Ulcers or Gastrointestinal Bleeding: Patients with a history of stomach ulcers or digestive tract bleeding may have a higher risk of bleeding while taking this medicine.
• Recent Major Surgery or Trauma: Conditions associated with an increased risk of bleeding may require careful monitoring and assessment before treatment with Adgril Tablet .
