Altonil 3 mg MD Tablet is indicated to help children who have difficulty sleeping at the start of the night. It helps your child to get into a regular sleep pattern. It contains Melatonin that works by synchronising the body’s biological day-and-night rhythm. It acts on the receptors in the body. Thus, it helps to control the circadian rhythm and increases the propensity to sleep. Sometimes, Altonil 3 mg MD Tablet may cause side effects such as dizziness, nervousness or stomach pain.
