Bucelon 60Mg/ 10 Ml Inj is used to treat certain cancers. It contains Busulfan, which belongs to a group of medicines called cytotoxics (also called chemotherapy). It works by interfering with the production of blood cell DNA. Thus, it prevents the cells from growing and maturing, which ultimately leads to the death of these cells. Thereby, it treats certain blood problems and cancers of the blood, such as Chronic myeloid leukaemia, Polycythaemia vera, Thrombocythemia, and Myelofibrosis.
