Using tofacitinib with Bzon Forte Tablet may increase the risk of serious infections. It may also increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.

However, consult a doctor if you experience confusion, fever, chills, diarrhea, sore throat, muscle aches, shortness of breath, blood in phlegm, weight loss, red or inflamed skin, body sores, and pain or burning during urination. Co-administration of Deferasirox with Bzon Forte Tablet might increase the risk of gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding.

Although there is an interaction, Bzon Forte Tablet can be taken with Deferasirox if prescribed by the doctor. Consult the prescriber if you experience signs and symptoms of gastrointestinal injury such as abdominal pain, bloating, lightheadedness, dizziness, nausea, loss of appetite, vomiting (especially with fresh or dried blood that looks like coffee grounds), and red or black, tarry stools.
