Capex CZ Expectorant is used to relieve cough caused by mucus or chest congestion. It contains a combination of Ambroxol, Cetirizine, Guaifenesin, Menthol, and Phenylephrine. This medicine works by reducing the stickiness of mucus, making it easier to expel through coughing and relieving chest and nasal congestion. In some cases, it may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, constipation, dizziness, headache, skin rash, restlessness, irregular heartbeats, and sleepiness.
