Ciproplus 250mg Tablet is used to treat and prevent various bacterial infections. It is prescribed for the treatment of pneumonia (a lung infection), gonorrhoea (a sexually transmitted disease), infectious diarrhoea, typhoid fever, and infections affecting the abdomen, bones, joints, skin, and prostate (a male reproductive gland).

Ciproplus 250mg Tablet contains Ciprofloxacin, an antibiotic with bactericidal properties. It works by stopping bacterial cells from dividing and interfering with their ability to repair themselves. Thereby, Ciproplus 250mg Tablet kills the bacteria and clears the infection.

Take Ciproplus 250mg Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow it whole with a glass of water, and do not crush or chew it. In some cases, Ciproplus 250mg Tablet may cause side effects such as nausea, diarrhoea, abnormal liver function tests, vomiting, and rash.
