Clotchk 75mg Capsule is an anticoagulant medicine used to prevent blood clot formation. This medicine prevents/treats conditions like deep vein thrombosis (blood clots in leg veins), pulmonary embolism (blood clots in the lung), heart attack, and stroke. This medicine works by inhibiting the production of the clotting factor Xa, also known as thrombin. thereby preventing the conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin, a protein that helps prevent blood clot formation.
