COFTON SF is a combination medicine which belongs to the class of expectorants. It is used in the treatment of cough. Drug-Drug Interaction: COFTON SF may have interaction with anti-convulsant (phenytoin), antihistamine (diphenhydramine, cetirizine), anti-depressant (duloxetine), anti-anxiety (alprazolam), monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI), and hypnotics/anxiolytics.

Drug-Food Interaction: Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking COFTON SF as it might cause increased dizziness and drowsiness.

Drug-Disease Interaction: COFTON SF may have interactions with conditions such as asthma, prostate problems, glaucoma, glucose-galactose malabsorption, sucrase-isomaltase deficiency, fructose intolerance, and severe kidney or liver problems.
