Combining Mifepristone and Cort-S Injection can reduce the effects of Cort-S Injection.

How to manage the interaction:
Taking Cort-S Injection with Mifepristone is not recommended, consult a doctor before taking it. If you experience any symptoms, consult the doctor immediately. Do not stop using any medications without a doctor's advice.
How does the drug interact with Cort-S Injection:
Taking Cort-S Injection with ciprofloxacin may cause tendinitis(a condition in which the tissue connecting muscle to bone becomes inflamed) and tendon rupture(an injury that is usually painful and likely to affect your ability to walk).

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is an interaction, Cort-S Injection can be taken with Ciprofloxacin if prescribed by the doctor. However, consult the doctor if you experience pain, inflammation, or swelling of a tendon area such as the back of the ankle, biceps, shoulder, hand, or thumb. However, If you experience any symptoms such as fever, chills, diarrhea, sore throat, muscle pains, shortness of breath, blood in phlegm, weight loss, red or irritated skin, body sores, or discomfort or burning when urinating, contact your doctor immediately. Co-administration of Clarithromycin and Cort-S Injection can lead to an interaction, it can be taken if advised by your doctor. However, if you experience any symptoms like swelling, weight gain, high blood pressure, high blood glucose, muscle weakness, depression, acne, thinning skin, stretch marks, easy bruising, bone density loss, cataracts(the lens of the eye becomes progressively opaque, resulting in blurred vision), menstrual irregularities, excessive growth of facial or body hair, and abnormal distribution of body fat, especially in the face, neck, back, and waist, consult the doctor immediately.
