डैसट्रू 50एमजी टैबलेट 60's का उपयोग फिलाडेल्फिया गुणसूत्र-पॉजिटिव क्रोनिक मायलॉयड ल्यूकेमिया और फिलाडेल्फिया गुणसूत्र-पॉजिटिव एक्यूट लिम्फोब्लास्टिक ल्यूकेमिया के इलाज के लिए किया जाता है।

डैसट्रू 50एमजी टैबलेट 60's में दसातिनिब होता है, जो असामान्य प्रोटीन की क्रिया को रोककर काम करता है जो कैंसर कोशिकाओं के गुणन का कारण बनता है।

डैसट्रू 50एमजी टैबलेट 60's भ्रूण-भ्रूण विषाक्तता का कारण बनता है; इसलिए, गर्भावस्था में इसके उपयोग के लिए इसे contraindicated है। इस दवा के साथ इलाज शुरू करने से पहले एक महिला को एक नकारात्मक गर्भावस्था परीक्षण करने की आवश्यकता होती है। इस दवा को लेते समय या उपचार पूरा होने के कम से कम छह महीने बाद गर्भावस्था को रोकने के लिए प्रभावी जन्म नियंत्रण विधियों का उपयोग करना बेहतर होता है।
