Dastila 50 Tablet 12's is used to treat Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukaemia and acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. Dastila 50 Tablet 12's भ्रूण-भ्रूण विषाक्तता का कारण बनता है; इसलिए, गर्भावस्था में उपयोग के लिए इसे contraindicated है। इस दवा के साथ इलाज शुरू करने से पहले एक महिला को एक नकारात्मक गर्भावस्था परीक्षण करने की आवश्यकता होती है। इस दवा को लेते समय या उपचार पूरा होने के कम से कम छह महीने बाद तक गर्भावस्था को रोकने के लिए प्रभावी जन्म नियंत्रण विधियों का उपयोग करना बेहतर होता है।

Dastila 50 Tablet 12's लेने से 2 घंटे पहले या बाद में एल्यूमीनियम हाइड्रॉक्साइड/मैग्नीशियम हाइड्रॉक्साइड, कैल्शियम कार्बोनेट, कैल्शियम कार्बोनेट और मैग्नीशियम जैसे एंटासिड लें क्योंकि एंटासिड इस दवा के अवशोषण को बदल सकते हैं।
