Deletus P Syrup is used to treat cough with mucus, stuffy nose, sinus congestion, and chest congestion caused by the common cold. It reduces the thickness or viscosity of bronchial secretions (phlegm) and increases mucus flow, making it easier to cough. Also, it contracts and narrows the blood vessels. Thus, it helps relieve coughs with mucus associated with respiratory infections, allergies, common colds, asthma, and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). It may cause common side effects such as nausea, indigestion, loss of appetite, bloating, diarrhoea, vomiting, stomach pain, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, sweating, skin rash, itching, and insomnia. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
