DODOMDS TABLET is used to treat vomiting (being sick) in infants and children. Besides this, it also helps in the treatment of indigestion. It contains domperidone which is a dopamine antagonist. It works by blocking certain receptors like dopamine and serotonin which stimulate the vomiting centre (chemoreceptor trigger zone – CTZ) located in the brain. It increases the upper gastrointestinal tract's motility and helps decrease stomach emptying time.
