Drug-Food Interactions: MIZOLASTINE may interact with grapefruit juice. Therefore, avoid grapefruit juice intake with MIZOLASTINE. Also, avoid alcohol consumption with MIZOLASTINE as it may cause increased drowsiness, dizziness, impairment of judgment, and thinking.
Drug-Disease Interactions: Before taking MIZOLASTINE, let your doctor know if have hepatic dysfunction, clinically significant bradycardia, and QT prolongation, or with electrolyte imbalance, in particular, hypokalaemia.
Do not drink more than moderate quantity while taking MIZOLASTINE. Alcohol can increase the risk of side-effects from MIZOLASTINE.
The safety of MIZOLASTINE in pregnant women is unknown. Therefore, it is given to pregnant women only if the doctor thinks the benefits outweigh the risks.
