Domin Plus 10mg/500mg Tablet is used for the symptomatic treatment of migraine and any medical condition with concomitant nausea/vomiting and fever/pain. It contains Domperidone and Paracetamol, which blocks certain receptors (like dopamine and serotonin) that stimulate the vomiting centre in the brain. It also increases the upper gastrointestinal tract's motility and helps in decreasing the stomach emptying time. It works by blocking the production of prostaglandins (chemicals) that are involved in pain and swelling. Some people may experience side effects such as, dry mouth, skin rash, anxiety, diarrhoea, and drowsiness. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
