Eclospan Cream is used to treat bacterial and fungal skin infections. It may also be indicated in eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, and nail infections. It contains Beclomethasone, Miconazole, and Neomycin. Miconazole works by preventing the formation of fungal protective covering and stops fungal growth. Beclomethasone works by inhibiting the release of chemical messengers that cause inflammation and redness. Neomycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis and kills bacteria. Together, it helps in treating skin infections.
