It may also be indicated in eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, and nail infections. 3 D Plus Cream contains Beclomethasone (steroid), Miconazole (anti-fungal), and Neomycin (antibiotic). Miconazole works by preventing the formation of fungal protective covering and stops fungal growth. Beclomethasone works by inhibiting the release of chemical messengers that cause inflammation and redness. Neomycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis and kills bacteria. Together, 3 D Plus Cream helps in treating skin infections.
