Febrex Plus AF Syrup contains Chlorpheniramine and Phenylephrine. It helps narrow the small blood vessels, relieving the nose's congestion or stuffiness, runny nose, and watery eyes.
The most common side effects of Febrex Plus AF Syrup are drowsiness, dizziness, headache, dry mouth/nose/throat, upset stomach, constipation, or trouble sleeping.
