Fifty 50 Tablet is used to treat symptoms associated with chronic bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), allergic rhinitis, and respiratory tract infections, such as cough, sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes. It contains Levocetirizine and Ambroxol, which reduce the effects of histamine, a chemical substance that causes allergies, such as a runny nose and skin rash. Additionally, it makes sputum less viscous, making breathing easier. It may cause common side effects, including upset stomach, dry mouth, headache, fatigue, and sleepiness. Before using this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
