Fruselac DS Tablet is used to treat oedema (fluid retention). It works by increasing the amount of urine that is passed out from the kidneys. Sometimes, you may experience side effects like low blood pressure (hypotension), dehydration, electrolyte disturbances (potassium and sodium), headache, nausea, or dizziness.
