Glycohale FB Inhaler 120 MDI is used as a maintenance treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients. It contains Formoterol fumarate dihydrate (bronchodilator), glycopyrrolate (anticholinergic), and budesonide (corticosteroid). Formoterol fumarate dihydrate works by relaxing muscles and widening the lungs' airways. Glycopyrrolate reduces secretions in the airways. Budesonide is a corticosteroid that acts on nasal lining cells and prevents the release of certain chemicals that cause inflammation.
