Co-administration of Yellow fever vaccine and Hisone 5 Tablet can lead to an interaction, Before receiving the yellow fever vaccine, you should let your doctor know if you are now receiving or have recently received Hisone 5 Tablet. Your doctor may decide to postpone vaccination in some cases so that your body has time to recover from the side effects of Hisone 5 Tablet therapy. On the other hand, if you recently had the yellow fever vaccine, your doctor might decide to put off starting your Hisone 5 Tablet therapy for a few weeks.
How does the drug interact with Hisone 5 Tablet:
Coadministration of Levofloxacin and Hisone 5 Tablet can induce tendinitis (inflammation of the thick fibrous cords that attach muscle to bone. These cords are called tendons) and tendon rupture.

How to manage the interaction:
Concomitant administration of levofloxacin with Hisone 5 Tablet can result in an interaction, it can be taken if a doctor has advised it. If you experience pain, swelling, or inflammation in a tendon location such as the back of the ankle, shoulder, biceps, hand, or thumb, call a doctor immediately. You should refrain from exercising or using the afflicted region.
How does the drug interact with Hisone 5 Tablet:
The combined use of Clarithromycin and Hisone 5 Tablet can increase the blood levels of Hisone 5 Tablet.

How to manage the interaction:
Co-administration of Clarithromycin and Hisone 5 Tablet can lead to an interaction, it can be taken if advised by your doctor. However, if you experience any symptoms like swelling, weight gain, high blood pressure, high blood glucose, muscle weakness, depression, acne, thinning skin, stretch marks, easy bruising, bone density loss, cataracts(the lens of the eye becomes progressively opaque, resulting in blurred vision), menstrual irregularities, excessive growth of facial or body hair, and abnormal distribution of body fat, especially in the face, neck, back, and waist, consult the doctor immediately.
