Isonit-60 SR Tablet is used to treat angina pectoris. It contains Isosorbide mononitrate, which relaxes the muscles of blood vessels, especially of the heart, leading to proper blood flow towards the heart muscle. It may cause common side effects such as nausea, dizziness, and headache.
