Keflor Oral Suspension is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections in children, such as bronchitis, pneumonia (lung infection), bladder and kidney infections, throat infections (pharyngitis and tonsillitis), middle ear infections (otitis media), sinus infections (sinusitis), and skin infections. It contains Cefaclor, which kills bacteria by damaging their protective cell wall. Keflor Oral Suspension may cause side effects like vomiting, nausea, diarrhoea, weakness, or itching. Most side effects are mild and go away on their own. If your child’s side effects persist or cause concern, please consult your doctor.
