Kofarest-DX Linctus is used to treat dry cough. It works by blocking the transmission of nerve signals from the cough centre in the brain to the muscles that produce cough. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, headache, loss of appetite and sleepiness. Inform the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.
