  • Blood Thinners: Medicines such as warfarin may increase the risk of bleeding.
  • Other NSAIDs: Medicines such as aspirin, naproxen, or diclofenac may increase the risk of stomach ulcers and bleeding.
  • Sedatives or Sleeping Tablets: These medicines may increase drowsiness and dizziness.
  • Certain Blood Pressure Medicines: Kidney function and blood pressure control may require monitoring.
  • Other Paracetamol-Containing Medicines: Concurrent use may increase the risk of overdose and liver toxicity.

SSRIs/SNRIs (Medicines used for depression, anxiety, or similar conditions for broader patient recognition): Medicines used for depression, such as SSRIs or SNRIs, may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding when combined with ibuprofen.

  • Corticosteroids: Medicines such as prednisolone may increase the risk of stomach ulcers and bleeding when taken with ibuprofen.
  • Methotrexate: Ibuprofen may increase methotrexate levels and toxicity risk; medical supervision is required when used together.
  • Lithium: NSAIDs such as ibuprofen may increase lithium levels and require monitoring.

  • Alcohol: Excessive alcohol consumption may increase the risk of liver damage, stomach bleeding, and excessive drowsiness.

Taking Kumagesic Tablet together with ketorolac is not recommended as it can lead to an interaction, it can be taken if advised by a doctor. However, if you experience dizziness, lightheadedness, red or black, dark stools, coughing or vomiting fresh or dried blood that looks like coffee grounds, severe headache and weakness, consult a doctor immediately. Do not stop using any medications without a doctor's advice.
How does the drug interact with Kumagesic Tablet:
Combining Kumagesic Tablet and Meloxicam can increase the risk of such as inflammation(redness and swelling) bleeding and ulceration in the stomach.
