You can also include oral rehydration solution occasionally if advised by a doctor. Foods like bananas, dates, raisins, and oranges can help, as they provide natural sugars and minerals. Beetroot and spinach may support healthy blood flow. Include protein-rich foods such as lentils, chickpeas, kidney beans, soy products, nuts and seeds to maintain strength and energy. Dairy products such as milk, curd, and buttermilk can also be useful. Slightly salty foods may help raise blood pressure, but avoid excess salt unless your doctor recommends it.
