It also helps treat nose or throat allergy symptoms due to upper respiratory tract allergies, sinus pain, and headache. It works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance responsible for causing allergic reactions. It helps shrink the blood vessels in the nasal passage, reducing stuffy nose.
