Serotonin-boosting medicines: Combining this medicine with other antidepressants, triptans (for migraines), or certain pain relievers can increase the risk of a rare but serious condition called serotonin syndrome.
CYP2D6 inhibitors (such as fluoxetine and paroxetine): These medicines can increase the levels of Prumpin 10 Tablet in the body, which may raise the risk of side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness, heart rhythm changes, and serotonin-related adverse effects. Inform your doctor about all antidepressants and mental health medicines you are taking before starting Prumpin 10 Tablet .
Central Nervous System depressants: Taking this medicine alongside sleeping pills, muscle relaxants, alcohol, or strong pain relievers can increase drowsiness, impair alertness, and in some cases slow breathing.

Drug-Food Interactions:

Grapefruit: Avoid eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice while taking Prumpin 10 Tablet , as it can increase the amount of medicine in your blood and raise your risk of side effects.
