Setolac 300 ER Tablet is used to treat mild to moderate pain in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. It contains Etodolac, which works by reducing the production of a chemical called prostaglandin, which induces pain and inflammation in the body. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as stomach pain, diarrhoea, indigestion, headache, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.

Do not take सेटोलैक 300 ईआर टैबलेट 10's if you are allergic to Etodolac, have severe heart failure or peptic ulcer, have suffered bleeding problems such as bleeding from stomach or bowels while taking any pain killers or you have liver or kidney problems. Inform your doctor before taking सेटोलैक 300 ईआर टैबलेट 10's if you are taking medicines for high blood pressure and fluid retention. Taking Meloxicam with Setolac 300 ER Tablet is not recommended can result in an interaction, it can be taken if a doctor has advised it.
