Shilfenib 200mg Tablet is an anti-cancer drug used in the treatment of kidney, liver, and thyroid cancer. It contains Sorafenib which stops the action of an abnormal protein that causes the multiplication of cancerous cells. Thus, it stops the spread of cancerous cells. सिलफेनिब 200mg टैबलेट को उन मामलों में बंद कर देना चाहिए जहाँ किसी व्यक्ति को गंभीर दुष्प्रभाव का सामना करना पड़ता है जो जीवन की गुणवत्ता को प्रभावित करता है। अन्यथा, आपको तब तक सिलफेनिब 200mg टैबलेट लेना जारी रखना होगा जब तक कि आपका डॉक्टर आपको इसे बंद करने के लिए न कहे।

लिवर कैंसर कैंसर के प्रकार के आधार पर तेज़ी से फैल सकता है। हेमांगीओसारकोमा और एंजियोसारकोमा (लिवर कैंसर का प्रकार) तेज़ी से फैलता है जबकि हेपेटोसेलुलर कार्सिनोमा बीमारी में धीरे-धीरे फैलता है।

इससे पहले कि आपका डॉक्टर आपको दवा दे, उन्हें बताएं कि क्या आपको हृदय संबंधी समस्याएं, उच्च रक्तचाप, रक्तस्राव की समस्या, सर्जरी, या इलेक्ट्रोलाइट असंतुलन (जैसे रक्त में मैग्नीशियम, कैल्शियम, या पोटेशियम का असामान्य स्तर) है।

सिलफेनिब 200mg टैबलेट का उपयोग केवल उन व्यक्तियों में किया जा सकता है जो इसके किसी भी घटक के प्रति संवेदनशील हैं या स्क्वैमस सेल फेफड़ों के कैंसर से पीड़ित हैं या पहले से ही कार्बोप्लाटिन और पैक्लिटैक्सेल ले रहे हैं।

अगर आप सर्जरी करवाने जा रहे हैं तो अपने डेंटिस्ट को पहले ही बता दें कि आप यह दवा ले रहे हैं। सर्जरी के कम से कम 10 दिन बाद आपको इसे लेना बंद कर देना चाहिए।
