स्पनिब 100 टैबलेट 30's का उपयोग फिलाडेल्फिया गुणसूत्र-सकारात्मक क्रोनिक मायलोइड ल्यूकेमिया और फिलाडेल्फिया गुणसूत्र-सकारात्मक एक्यूट लिम्फोब्लास्टिक ल्यूकेमिया के इलाज के लिए किया जाता है।

: स्पनिब 100 टैबलेट 30's में डासाटिनिब होता है, जो कैंसर कोशिकाओं के गुणन का कारण बनने वाले असामान्य प्रोटीन की क्रिया को रोककर काम करता है।

स्पनिब 100 टैबलेट 30's भ्रूण-भ्रूण विषाक्तता का कारण बनता है; इसलिए, गर्भावस्था में उपयोग के लिए इसे contraindicated है। इस दवा के साथ इलाज शुरू करने से पहले एक महिला को एक नकारात्मक गर्भावस्था परीक्षण करने की आवश्यकता होती है। इस दवा को लेते समय या उपचार पूरा होने के कम से कम छह महीने बाद तक गर्भावस्था को रोकने के लिए प्रभावी जन्म नियंत्रण विधियों का उपयोग करना बेहतर होता है।

स्पनिब 100 टैबलेट 30's लेने से 2 घंटे पहले या बाद में एल्यूमीनियम हाइड्रॉक्साइड/मैग्नीशियम हाइड्रॉक्साइड, कैल्शियम कार्बोनेट, कैल्शियम कार्बोनेट और मैग्नीशियम जैसे एंटासिड लें क्योंकि एंटासिड इस दवा के अवशोषण को बदल सकते हैं।
